Flow Studios is an up-and-coming residential recording studio, situated on the edge of a forest in France, les Pays de La Loire.

Our residential recording studio is a safe haven for realising creative recording projects. We provide a luxurious, unique and inspirational setting surrounded by nature.

Our vision

Flow Studios was created to offer an inspirational residential setting in which to create and record music.   Situated in a truly unique location with boutique style accommodation, our state-of the-art recording studio combines beautiful tracking and mixing spaces with world-class equipment.

To build Flow Studios, Composer and sound artist, Luke Aaron Clark, undertook a three-year meticulous studio construction under the design and guidance of renowned acoustician, John Brandt.  Having travelled extensively across the world, participating in multiple artist and composer residencies, Luke knows first-hand that when an artist feels comfortable and inspired about the environment and space they record in, it can play a significant role at encouraging creativity, improving workflow and refocusing energy. His ethos is that a good recording begins from the moment an artist walks through the doors of their chosen recording studio.

Luke is passionate about helping artists to realise their creative vision. His vision now, is to provide an inspired, professional and productive environment, where artists can maintain artistic integrity, whilst producing music worthy of critical and commercial success.  Whether artists are escaping the frenzy of a large city or the distractions of a busy lifestyle, this outstanding commercial residential recording facility offers artists the ability to wake up and get straight to work.

Our team are on-hand and always happy to provide further information on request.

Just recently, I had the opportunity to work at Flow Studios in Chailland. The setting is stunning. I hit it off with Luke from the first moment. His objective is to be as helpful as possible. The studio is new and magnificent, a great live room, great control room, piano room with a Bechstein ! a drum booth.. it has it all. The studio is a fantastic creative environment. I have only positive things to say. Luke is easy going and has creative input without being intrusive.. The gear is great, the beautiful ssl analog desk is great... superb monitoring.  All in all I highly recommend it, and I have worked in studios all over the world. Give it a go. You won’t be sorry, and if you get stuck, go for a walk in the beautiful woods that are right outside the door.
